PUBLIC CALL FOR TENDERS (AAPC) – MODERNIZATION OF THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

Contracting Authority
The International French School (hereinafter referred to as “the School”), located in Dar es Salaam, invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the project described below.
Purpose of the Contract
As part of its energy transition strategy, the School is launching a tender for the comprehensive modernization of its air conditioning systems at its Dar es Salaam site. The objective is to replace obsolete equipment with high energy-efficiency solutions.
Scope of Services
The selected contractor shall be responsible for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the new air conditioning systems, as well as the removal and environmentally compliant disposal of existing equipment.
Project Requirements

Use of inverter technology to reduce electricity consumption.
Use of refrigerants with low environmental impact.
Performance guarantee and maintenance contract adapted to a tropical climate.
– Compliance with all applicable Tanzanian regulations and standards.
– Provision of technical documentation, user manuals, and training for relevant staff upon completion.

Mandatory Site Visit
A technical site visit is strictly mandatory in order to submit a compliant proposal. Candidates must assess installation constraints and the volumes to be treated.
